Fenchurch Restaurant, the refined dining venue operated by hospitality group Rhubarb within Sky Garden, has been awarded two AA Rosettes as part of the AA culinary excellence scheme.

Located on level 37, the destination restaurant offers fine dining menus using the seasonal ingredients with views of the capital.

George Farrugia was recently appointed as head chef ad he has worked with Michelin-star chef Eric Chavot and French chef Pierre Koffman.

The award of two AA Rosettes is judged on innovation, high standards of flavour and attention to detail. Fenchurch serves a modern British menu reflecting classical and French cooking.

Director of Sky Garden, Sebastian Grygier, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have received two AA Rosettes. The whole team has worked together to ensure we consistently deliver high culinary standards. It is a well deserved accolade and one we are very proud of.”
