Bar + Block Steakhouse will be serving up the first taste of summer with a pop-up gin terrace in collaboration with tonic water and mixer brand Fever-Tree.

Opening on World Gin Day (8 June) in collaboration with Fever-Tree, the restaurant’s al fresco terrace will be transformed into a treehouse and is poised to be Bristol’s summer hotspot.

The garden-inspired Fever-Tree House will serve a selection of bespoke cocktails from classic serves to twists on traditional pairings. The menu will include seasonal dishes from the new summer menu, including a selection of hand-cut steaks and lighter bites including grilled tuna, burrata salad and mussels marinère.
