Restaurant group, Aqua, has announced it is to open four new sites in London’s Fitzrovia area.

The new openings will include a dim sum restaurant named Library, a Japanese restaurant, a Spanish deli along with a regular café based on the former site of all day cafe, Villandry. Aqua currently runs two restaurants at the Shard and three on Argyll Street, near Oxford Circus, and will also open a new restaurant on Great Portland Street in Fitzrovia.

Plans submitted to Westminster Council reveal that Villandry’s former retail section will be transformed into seating for a new restaurant. Aqua plans to link the four restaurants, with the Spanish deli boasting 14 covers, and the Japanese restaurant featuring 200 covers.

Aqua operates a similar premises on Argyll Street, which features a bar, a Spanish restaurant, and a Japanese dining room. The Library restaurant will feature private dining rooms while the cafe will open on to Great Portland Street. The restaurants in Fitzrovia will open from 7am until 12am.
