Restaurant group, Good Food Society is to reopen its Yosma restaurant as Playa Bar, a lounge bar serving South American-style tapas and cocktails.

The group opened the 4,814 square foot Yosma restaurant in 2016, however it closed last month with relocation plans said to be underway. Chef director, Yosma Hus Vedat has previously worked at the Ceviche Group and at Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa.

Currently, Good Food Society operates Turkish-Greek restaurant Hovarda, located in Soho and Italian Ristorante Frescobaldi in Mayfair. Former Istanbul Doors boss, Levent Buyukurgur is in charge of the group, after previously working with Ibiza nightclub brand Pacha.
