Jeremy King and Chris Corbin’s restaurant group is set to open its ninth restaurant in 2019 at London’s Soho Square.

The group recently announced it was to open its eighth restaurant in St John’s Wood, the group currently operates seven restaurants, with all of them located in London. The tenancy between the restaurant group and landlord is now confirmed with the new Soho Square restaurant expected to feature a seafood based menu.

It is expected that the new restaurant will be set across three floors, fronting onto Bateman’s Buildings, which is used as a thoroughfare between Soho and Bateman Street. The restaurant operator said it “believes strongly that one restaurant would be the preferred option on this site” as opposed to splitting it across floors.

The current proposal is for a 241-cover restaurant, with 44 additional covers in an outdoor terrace, the restaurant will feature a basement kitchen which will support a ground floor bar and dining room, with a “more formal” dining room above, alongside a private dining room.
