Reddington Pub Company to reopen The Anchor and Tom Browns

Tom Browns has been transformed into a high-end dining destination, offering a fresh steak and seafood menu designed by head chef Jack Pearce

Reddington Pub Company has announced that it is set to reopen The Anchor pub and Tom Browns restaurant.

Reborn after 16 years of dormancy, The Anchor now features a pub, café and courtyard, with a menu designed by Michelin Star Bib gourmand chef Andy Goodbourn.

The pub also has The Anchor Courtyard, an entertainment space, for birthdays, weddings or corporate events. It also includes The Anchor Express, the pub’s very own 18-seater model train. The Anchor also features four en-suite guest rooms.

The restaurant also boasts a line-up of live performances throughout May, including a live band and DJ performances, from the likes of Urban Intro Band and DJ Jez Prince on opening weekend.
