Boxcar Group has announced the launch of its third venue, Bread and Wine in Connaught Village, Hyde Park London.

The new venue will be an all-day dining destination and will have 70 covers across indoor and outdoor areas.

The venue will be led by head chef Zisis Gkalmpenis who will oversee both daytime and evening menus.

Furthermore the pastry selection has been crafted by executive pastry chef Liza Kermanidou.

This expansion follows a period of good performance across the existing Boxcar sites,
with like-for-like revenue growth of 24% year-on-year and EBITDA growth of 200%.

Ankur Wishart, managing director, said: “Our growth is driven by our commitment to our team, providing more opportunities for our people across all our venues. At Boxcar, we believe that fostering talent is key to creating exceptional experiences.”

Barry Hirst, Boxcar co-founder, added: “This venue marks a pivotal moment for us. It
embodies our vision of a neighbourhood destination that highlights our dedication to
quality ingredients and outstanding hospitality, while enriching the community we serve.”
