Rhubarb Hospitality Collection has announced the appointment of Kerth Gumbs as head chef of Fenchurch at Sky Garden.
Gumbs will start the role early next month and brings 20 years of experience to the role. He joins from restaurant and bar, Boiler and Co in Mayfair, where he held the position of head chef.
He is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and was also crowned champion of the London and South East region in BBC Two’s Great British Menu 2020. He has also recently been announced as one of the judges for BBC Three’s new Young MasterChef.
