SushiDog has announced it will open its third site on Soho’s Brewer Street on 10 May, joining the brand’s two sites in Covent Garden and Shepherd’s Bush

Founders Greg Ilsen and Nick Goldstein confirmed they will be opening two new sites for the  quick service sushi roll restaurant this year, and the second site will open in Bishopsgate later in the summer.

Both sites will replicate the existing grab and go format, and they will also offer delivery via Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat, with catering for offices provided by Feedr and JustEat for Business.

Along with “classic” menu items, new items will also make their debut, such as pulled yakitori chicken. Additionally, SushiDog is partnering with Ai No Mochi, who specialises in handmade artisanal mochi, and the restaurant will introduce new flavour additions.

Greg Ilsen, SushiDog co-founder Greg Ilsen, said: “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be opening two new SushiDog branches this spring. It was a massive achievement for us to secure sites on Brewer Street and in Bishopsgate, two really buzzing London locations.

“We know from experience that when people try SushiDog for the first time, they instantly love it so the chance to get our rolls into more hands is a really exciting prospect.”

SushiDog is also a partner of Teenage Cancer Trust, donating 50p from each online and in-store sale of their ‘HAND2HOLD’ roll to the charity, and the new sites will expand on this partnership.
