Admiral Taverns has received the highest overall satisfaction score amongst the UK’s pub companies in Kam Media’s annual licensee survey.

Kam Media’s poll consulted tenants from 19 pub companies, including six of the UK’s largest pub groups to establish a ranking based on a variety of criteria.

The companies were scored on what support they offered licensees during the pandemic, their marketing and communications, and what their digital and online delivery offering is.

Admiral, with its estate of over 1,000 pubs, scored a 8.2/10 overall; also scoring an 8.3/10 for its support to licensees during Covid thanks to its significant rent aid scheme.

Chris Jowsey, CEO of Admiral Taverns, said: “The independent recognition through the  Kam Media survey is testament to Admiral’s hardworking employees and their continual efforts to help our licensees across the country.

“With the roadmap to reopening on 12 April outlined by the government, we are working closely with our licensees to help them bounce back and will continue petitioning the government to provide long-term, meaningful support.”
