Bosporus, a turkish inspired restaurant is set to open in London’s Leicester Square this September.

The restaurant, which was originally founded in Dubai in 2010 by GCS, also has six sites across Abu Dhabi and Egypt.

The restaurant gets its name from the Strait, which runs through the centre of Istanbul, separating European Turkey from Asian Turkey. The venue’s interior will also reflect Turkish architecture and culture with a “contemporary twist”.

A statement by the restaurant read: “Everything happens for a reason, but we want to assure you that global hospitality London and our group always deliver promises even during hard times, we are committed and we take it as an opportunity to sail strong in this challenging climate.”
