Caffè Rojano opens following rebrand

Mediterranean restaurant Caffè Rojano has officially opened after rebranding from Rojano In the Square.
The rebrand was announced earlier this year after owners Paul and Emma Ainswoth purchased the freehold of the site.
Caffè Rojano is the latest restaurant in the Ainsworth group to receive a makeover, and will reflect the “vibrant café culture” and Italian food scene that has inspired Paul and Emma on visits to New York.
Paul Ainsworth said: “I am so delighted with Caffè Rojano; it reflects our style, food and the experience we want to give our guests.
“Purchasing the property was a huge step for us and we have enjoyed putting our own stamp on one of Padstow’s most beloved institutions. For Emma and I this marks a new chapter in our story, and we look forward to welcoming friends from near and far to come and enjoy the new restaurant.”
The à la carte menu will still feature a wide selection of sourdough pizzas and homemade pasta dishes, together with a new range of seasonal small plates that mix Mediterranean techniques with “Cornwall’s abundant larder”.
There is also a new wine list curated by Paul Ainsworth group sommelier, Elly Owen, and a menu of signature cocktails, designed by Paul Ainsworth at No. 6’s Bar Manager, Liam Evans.
