Sushi2Me opens new Portsmouth site

Restaurant Sushi2Me has opened its doors in Portsmouth, replacing The Cube Pizza on Somers Road.
The new takeaway restaurant will offer different styles of sushi to pick up or have delivered.
According to Portsmouth News, it is owned by serial restaurant owner, Ruman Karim, who owns several Indian restaurants in Portsmouth including Indian Quay in Port Solent and Gandhi in North End.
Speaking to Portsmouth News, Karim said: “People think that sushi is just raw fish, but we do cooked fish as well as chicken, duck, pork and beef. We decided to do sushi because it’s a new trend, where it’s growing and a lot of people are getting into it more.”
The menu features around 30 different dishes, which include a “unique take on traditional sushi” such as chicken, duck and beef alongside “healthier sushi” options.
