Wasabi is set to open a new restaurant at Euston Station on 4 December, adding to its network of sites across London’s busiest rail locations.

The 1,200 sq ft venue is located on the station’s first floor and forms part of the group’s wider plan to expand in high-footfall transport hubs.

The unit features updated signage and interiors in line with its recent design refresh, including dimmable lighting and revised branding intended to improve visibility from the concourse.

Story Stream: More on Wasabi

The opening will introduce its made-daily sushi and bento dishes to the station’s commuter and visitor traffic.

The group operates across London and other major UK cities, with a long-standing focus on transport locations.

To mark the opening, Wasabi will run an event at the site on 11 December featuring its “Spin to Win” activity, offering vouchers, merchandise and product giveaways.

The company said the expansion has been supported by its relationship with Network Rail, which has enabled a series of recent openings, including at Liverpool Street Station.

Henry Birts, Wasabi chief executive, said: “We’re excited to be bringing Wasabi to Euston Station as we continue to grow our presence across London’s major travel hubs. This opening is another great step in our ongoing investment to modernise the Wasabi experience and bring our made-fresh-daily sushi and bento dishes full of bold flavours to even more customers on the move.”
