Tortilla has announced it is set to open its 52nd restaurant, located in Lincoln city centre, at 1 Exchange Square, Lincoln (LN5 7ET), on 12 August.

Seating up to 54 people across one floor with both inside and outside tables, the restaurant’s opening will create 25-30 new local jobs across front-of-house, kitchen, and management roles.

The restaurant will be located in the new Cornhill Quarter, open for eat in, takeaway and delivery.

Jason Thomas, chief operations officer of Tortilla, said: “We are hugely excited to be opening a site in the centre of thriving Lincoln. The location we have acquired in Cornhill Quarter is a popular spot and will provide locals and visitors with a convenient and delicious option for lunch or dinner.

“We look forward to welcoming plenty of happy customers into the store and playing our part in this thriving community.”
