Street food burger brand The Patate has announced it has now secured its first permanent bricks-and-mortar venues in Clerkenwell and Seven-Dials.
It has already opened its Clerkenwell site with the Seven-Dials property opening from 27 April.
Founders Paul-Henry De Vassoigne and Eatventure’s Jacob Young will bring their “herb-filled” bourguignon patties alongside a full menu featuring loaded fries, cheese toasties, salad bowls as well as desserts including Basque cheesecake.
The Patate previously operated pop-ups in Camden Market, West India Quay and Victoria Park Market. Following the new sites the brand will continue to serve North Londoners from its delivery kitchen in Kentish Town.
De Vassoigne said: “We can’t believe how far we have come since we first started in Camden in 2015. We’re very excited to open two central locations and expand The Patate family.”
