High-end fast-food brand The Butcher is set to make its UK debut in Manchester as part of a new entertainment venue located close to Selfridges on the top floor of the Arndale.
Opening on 10 February 2022, The Butcher Manchester is the first concept from The Entourage Group to launch in the UK. It will take up residency at Urban Playground – the new entertainment destination that hosts The Cube Live experience featuring exciting games from the TV show and new mini-golf brand Putters.
Known in Amsterdam, Berlin and Ibiza for its “haute couture fast food”, The Butcher offers fresh ingredients including Aberdeen Angus beef, with food prepared on the spot, teamed with “relaxed and cool interiors”.
The Butcher Manchester menu will consist of the ‘The Butcher’ Angus beef burger; ‘The Ugly’; the ‘Silence of the Lamb’; ‘The Butcher’s Wife’s Favourite’ chicken burger and the ‘The Codfather’ fish and chips. It also offers a menu of homemade milkshakes, including a ‘boozy’ milkshake offering.
The restaurant will also offer a delivery service with UberEats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.

“A city that is constantly evolving with many exciting happenings that command worldwide attention. This is the perfect city for our first UK concept, and it had to be The Butcher that we launched – its fast, its sleek, its modern, but quality is never compromised.”
