Tattu, the restaurant group founded by Adam and Drew Jones, has announced a rebranding to Permanently Unique.

Tattu restaurant group was founded in 2015 by brothers Adam and Drew Jones. The rebranding comes as part of a plan for international expansion in the coming years.

Tattu plans to launch its first international restaurant in 2024, with additional plans for a third dining concept.

Restaurants in the ‘Permanently Unique Group’ currently include five Tattu UK restaurants, the Greek – Mediterranean restaurant Fenix, launching November 2023 and an upcoming exclusive Tattu nightclub.

The group explained: “Using the same values and strategy that drove Tattu it has developed a collection of world class concepts, seeking to redefine the category of premium hospitality across new and exciting cuisines and categories.”

Adam and Drew Jones, told BusinessLive: “We thought that the identity behind Tattu, the body art that inspired it and the freedom of expression and individuality was so powerful we didn’t really want to mix it up with our personal story.

“’Permanently unique’ was a tagline that we started with because of the permanence of body art and it’s always been our sole focus.”
