Shake Shack has announced it will open its 12th UK location on Oxford Street on Friday 27 January.

It will be the first Shake Shack with a vertically oriented kitchen. The interior features tactile finishes such as brushed stainless steel and sleek minimalist lines. This is paired with a colour palette of green and grey on the light oak and terrazzo finishes.

Shake Shack Oxford Street has pledged it will donate 5% of sales of its sticky crossing concrete to FoodCycle, a national charity that provides nutritious three-course community meals, using surplus food, to anyone who needs them.

The menu will include classics such as the signature Shack burger, crinkle-cut fries and flat-top dogs in addition to special menu items unique to Shake Shack Oxford Street.
