The Rick Stein restaurant in Marlborough will reopen its doors on Friday 4 September.
The Wiltshire venue was previously marked for closure due to Covid related cuts, however after a rent reduction from the landlord the decision has been reversed.
The Stein family said they are “excited” to welcome guests to the restaurant once again and have been “readying the site in anticipation”.
Stein, his business partner Jill and their children Ed, Jack and Charlie said they have all been “busy” updating the new menu, wine list and decor ahead of the reopening.
The new menu will offer customers “a taste of Cornwall” in the English countryside, serving up fresh Cornish ingredients, including sustainable fish and seafood.
Stein said: “’I’m delighted that we’re reopening our Marlborough restaurant on 4 September and we’re looking forward to welcoming back our loyal customers.”
