A restaurant venue in the Eldon Chambers development, close to Nottingham city centre, has hit the market with an asking price of £450,000.

The restaurant is currently operated by acclaimed local chef Ritchie Stainsby with his award winning, high-end plant-based restaurant No. Twelve, and was previously home to French restaurant Le Mistral.

The restaurant is in good condition throughout, offering a “cosy and intimate” environment with 60 covers over two storeys as well as a large commercial kitchen.

Accessed via Wheeler Gate, Eldon Chambers is a courtyard development in the city’s historic Castle Quarter and close to Nottingham’s Broad Marsh site, which has recently been sold to Homes England to help deliver more homes, employment spaces, leisure facilities and community hubs in the area.

Jonty Green, business agent at Christie and Co who is managing the sale, said: “This is a real hidden gem of a restaurant, and would be a great permanent home for an operator on Nottingham’s vibrant independent restaurant scene.”
