Nottingham’s Waterside Bar and Kitchen sold to Great Northern Group

Waterside Bar and Kitchen in Nottingham has been sold to Great Northern Group for an undisclosed price, in a deal handled by specialist business property adviser Christie and Co.
The bar and restaurant sits on the banks of the River Trent near Trent Bridge and seats about 130 people across two indoor areas, with a large terrace for outdoor dining. It is known for beers, cocktails and a menu of pub dishes and small plates, and is a regular stop for visitors to nearby sporting venues including those used by Nottinghamshire Cricket Club, Nottingham Forest and Notts County.
