Las Iguanas has announced it will officially launch in Peterborough on 14 November, following a transformation of the new Church Street site.

The new restaurant and cocktail bar will create over 30 jobs in the city, and it will have an outdoor terrace which will provide more seating.

The site will feature Las Iguanas’ signature tropical green plant walls, flashes of neon, twinkling lights and murals by Elno Art, inspired by the landscapes of Mexico, Brazil and beyond.

Andrew Taylor, general manager at the new Las Iguanas, said: “It’s great to be introducing our iconic flavours of Latin America to the city. We have a fantastic team in place and are delighted that we have been able to create over 30 new jobs.

“We’ve just opened bookings for Christmas and have lots of ways for you to party, from a set Christmas menu to late Bottomless Brunches, so do get in touch if you are looking for the hottest Christmas ticket in Peterborough.”
