Kinsfolk & Co to open Brasserie Adeline and Gambit bar

Kinsfolk and Co is set to open a new dining and bar concept Brasserie Adeline and Gambit Bar in Summer 2025 as part of The Newman, marking its first venture.

Taking residence in Fitzrovia, The Newman, will comprise an all-day brasserie and underground bar, in addition to 81 rooms, suites and apartments, and a dedicated wellness space.

Meanwhile, Brasserie Adeline will be a contemporary brasserie, serving a menu of “classic comfort dishes and delivering the energy of a familiar, neighbourhood institution”.

Brasserie Adeline will seat 76 covers, plus an additional 24 covers in a separate bar space and a street-side terrace for alfresco dining.

The Gambit Bar has also been designed to become a destination bar in its own right, influenced by iconic venues from across the globe. Cocktails will be creative yet understated, made using the highest quality ingredients and innovative techniques.

Kinsfolk and Co. was founded by Paul Brackley in 2023, with the ambition to grow a company that delivers “excellence to their projects, through a combined understanding of the commercial and emotional value within hospitality”.

Brackley said: “We are delighted that The Newman will be our very first hotel, marking an exciting milestone for Kinsfolk and Co. We hope that Brasserie Adeline and Gambit Bar will become welcome additions to London’s vibrant food and drink scene.
