Restaurant group Gaucho has announced it is opening its first ever location in Liverpool in November 2022.

Housed within a Grade II listed property on Water Street, the new restaurant will see a interior design scheme implemented by award-winning agency, DesignLSM.

The group said “Split over two floors, the restaurant will draw inspiration from the tango clubs in Buenos Aires, evoking an urban reflection of the Gaucho DNA, influenced by the Argentinian landscape.”

“With touches of faded glamour and layering of South American details, the restaurant design aims to inject new life and energy into the Grade II listed building, while considered design statements, such as the island bar will create an “immersive and energetic social experience exuding intrigue and exclusivity.”
