Former Harrods chef Alistair Dibbs is to open a new restaurant in Camden, named Kuku Riku, alongside former Harrods operations manager Maggie Milosavljevic, who takes up the role of commercial director.

The 70-cover restaurant will serve rotisserie chicken, marinated in a “secret” marinade, along with chicken burgers and wings. The chicken served at the restaurant will be freshly marinated and basted for 24 hours each day.

Dibbs, who has previously worked at Pied à Terre, Hibiscus and Le Manoir Aux Quat’Seasons, says the restaurant is “establishing the North Yard as a fine food destination”. Kuku Riku is open seven days a week, between 11:30am and 8pm.
