The new site will feature open-fire cooking, a rotating menu of 12 dishes each night, and a dedicated margarita bar.

Dishes include Skull Island prawns with dashi butter, Char Sui Glacier 51 toothfish, dry-aged T-bone steak with mushroom XO, and wood-fired bread served with vegetable and cheese dishes such as blackened carrot with labneh and apricot harissa.
