Healthy fast food chain, Crussh has announced it will open a second rail site with the SSP Group, an operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations worldwide, in London Bridge in spring 2019.

Following on from the success of its first site in partnership with SSP, located in London’s Paddington Station, the new Crussh site will be situated on the upper concourse at London Bridge adjacent to the Shard exit in a new development of retail units.

Crussh at London Bridge will stay true to the Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars classic menu, offering freshly made juices, smoothies, salads, wraps, hot food, and organic coffee.

Shane Kavanagh, CEO at Crussh, said: “Our first opening with SSP in Paddington rail station has exceeded everyone’s expectations, and we are delighted to build on its success with this great unit at London Bridge.

“We think it will offer a real point of difference at the station and in the local neighbourhood, and we are looking forward to offering customers healthy and tasty food to go when travelling.”

Crussh announced its franchise partnership with SSP in April 2018 in a deal to see the London-born brand expand and enter transport hubs across the UK and Europe over coming years.
