London’s salad bar Atis is opening the doors to its latest site in Mayfair on Monday, 12 May 2025, marking the brand’s 11th location in London.

Located on Grosvenor Street, Atis Mayfair will serve up the brand’s signature, build-your-own bowls and seasonal plates.

As with all sites, the new location has been designed by Daytrip Studio to reflect Atis’ signature aesthetic—”clean, calm, and welcoming”—with plenty of space for dine-in or grab-and-go.

The new opening follows the launch of its Covent Garden site last month.

Founded in 2019, Atis is a sustainable, plant-focused salad and plate concept. Every bowl or plate is chef-curated using responsibly sourced ingredients, offering both set and customisable flavour combinations.

Eleanor Warder, co-founder of Atis, said: “We’re so excited to bring Atis to Mayfair – it’s a huge moment for the brand. We’ve had so many customers ask when we’re coming to the area, and we’re thrilled to finally be opening our doors.”

Emily Potter, director at Daytrip Studio and long-term design partner, added: “The latest Atis opens in the prestigious Mayfair district. On a sunny corner plot where Grosvenor Street meets Avery Row, the interiors are generous with plenty of space for eating in and warm natural light.”
