Cult salad bar brand Atis is set to open in the capital in Eastcheap on 2 September, marking the brand’s eighth location in London and its second opening of 2024.

The Eastcheap site will offer Atis’ customisable salad bowls, protein plates, and classic favourites such as the Azteca and Seiz’a Caesar bowls.

Its new seasonal summer specials menu will also be available, including the Japaleño Taco featuring tricolour quinoa, chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, charred corn, pink slaw, spring onion, coriander, tortilla shards and a plant-based jalapeno caesar dressing.

Designed in collaboration with Daytrip Studio, the space features hues of Atis’ custom yellow, glossy tiles, large communal tables and a mix of timber and aluminium stools by Japanese designer, Naoto Fukasawal.

The new Eastcheap site will offer delivery via Deliveroo, with operating hours aligned with store opening times. Click and collect services will also be available, along with Atis kiosks.

Eleanor Warder, co-founder, said: “It’s super exciting to be opening a new site in the historic City of London in Eastcheap. The new opening is in line with our commitment to powering the capital with real and delicious food in a welcoming and community environment.”
