10° Sky Bar at the London Hilton on Park Lane has announced the appointment of Matteo Giannuzzi as its new bar manager.

With eight years of experience in some of London’s most well-known bars, where he has won awards such as Imbibe’s Best Cocktail List in 2020, Giannuzzi joined the 10° Sky Bar in April this year as the assistant bar manager, and now starts in his new role as bar manager.

Commenting on his appointment, Giannuzzi said: “I have worked at some of Mayfair’s busiest bars for the last eight years, and I am beyond thrilled with this appointment to Bar Manager at 10° Sky Bar. The bar is an iconic London destination and offers truly the best views across central London, perfect for sunset drinks, afternoon tea and after dinner cocktails.

“I joined the 10° Sky Bar in April this year after working at The Rose Lounge at Sofitel London St James and have hugely enjoyed working alongside the team here. I can’t think of a better time to get started in this new role as Christmas and festive celebrations are starting and London looks to celebrate properly again.”
