Starhotels Collezione appoints new bartenders to its Franklin Bar

Hotel operator Starhotels Collezione has appointed two new bartenders to its Franklin Bar, Filippo Tacchi and Luca Milesi, both experienced mixologists specialise in creating classic cocktails with a “minimalist approach”.

Before joining The Franklin Bar, both men have held several bartending positions at bars and hotels across Italy and London, building on prior professional experience gained at the European Bartender School.

The duo worked together previously at the Chiltern Firehouse, London and at the Artesian Bar, located at the Langham Hotel and Resorts, London.

During Tacchi’s time at Artesian Bar in 2015, his team won the World Best Bar award for the fourth consecutive year in a row.
