Lawn games bar, Skylight has announced it will reopen on Thursday 2 May at London’s Tobacco Dock, in the Wapping area.
The rooftop venue will offer drinkers the opportunity to play games of croquet and pétanque along with day-beds and garden booths for those not wishing to play. The bar will add new seasonal cocktails to its menu along with a full calendar of events.
Operated by Meanwhile Events, the 600 capacity venue features three floors of bars, lawn games, street food and screens for live sporting events. The venue is situated on top of an unused multi-story carpark, with booths available to book from £70 for up to 10 people and standard entrance costing £10.
The summer cocktail menu at Skylight will include Jalisco Sky, Raspberry Rum Margherita, Apple Sunrise and Gin Basil Spice. The bar will also offer pitchers such as English Garden, Sky Tail and Pimms. Beers on tap will include Sharps Offshore, Staropramen, Wolf Rock IPA, Blue Moon and Aspall Cyder.
On the lower level, street food will be served by pop-ups from Yiro and Flipside, both serving a selection of summer-inspired dishes with a focus on world flavours.
