Retro gaming bar NQ64 has announced that it will open its second London site in Old Street Shoreditch in May 2023.

The 9000 square foot Shoreditch based bar will be the brand’s biggest bar yet capable of hosting 450 people.

NQ64 Shoreditch will house some new and rare games which all operate on tokens that can be purchased from the bar. All consoles within the venue are free to play. Alongside this an NQ64 site will have a food offering for the first time.

NQ64’s sites are filled with classic arcade and console games including games such as Pac-Man, Mario Kart, Guitar Hero, Time Crisis and Point Blank, with SNES, MegaDrive, Gamecube, Xbox and PlayStation on the console lineup.

Matt Robson, co-founder of NQ64, said:”Shoreditch is a location we’ve really wanted to operate in for a long time, so we’re buzzing to open this site. We aim to make our venues a place for gaming fanatics and also for those looking for a great experience on a night out. This is our biggest site yet and we hope it’ll be a great addition to the area.”
