Green Salmon Public Houses Ltd has announced it has acquired the former site of So Aromatic in Sutton Coldfield, to open its second Cock ‘N’ Bull restaurant.

Cock ‘N’ Bull, serves both burgers and chicken, using only locally sourced produce and also offers an extensive drinks menu.

The new chain’s primary site is located in Stourbridge and following its success, Green Salmon, headed up by former Chiquito MD Jason Green, and David Salmon, the former MD of Frankie & Benny’s, decided to expand the concept further across the Midlands and North West.

Leisure property specialists, Fleurets, who brokered the deal for the new site hinted that they were already assisting the group with its expansion to further sites.

Andrew Whelan of Fleurets, said: “It has been a delight to be a part of Jason and David’s, as well as Cock ‘N’ Bull’s, next step of the journey. Cock ‘N’ Bull is an incredibly exciting and design-led concept with terrific potential for expansion and I am very much assisting with further sites.”
