Sam Bowser to join Llangoed Hall as head chef

The award-winning Llangoed Hall, located in the Brecon Beacons, has appointed Sam Bowser as its new head chef, following a successful career at Dormy House.

Bowser will be replacing Nick Brodie – who has been at Llangoed for six years – and has previously cooked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK including Whatley Manor, The Square and Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons.

He has spent the last two and a bit years as head chef at Dormy House, where he most recently launched MO, a new concept restaurant.

Bowser said: “I’m really looking forward to starting my new role at Llangoed Hall. I can’t wait to get stuck in and put my own stamp on the offering. The opportunity to work at this award-winning restaurant in a stunning location is one I couldn’t pass up to showcase modern British food that I’m passionate about.
