The Revel Collective has announced the appointment of Paul O’Leary as non-executive director effective immediately.

O’Leary has extensive financial and management role experience in the consumer sector, having served as chief financial officer at Boden between 2000 and 2019, and then as chief operating officer between 2019 and 2024.

He now sits on the board of Boden as a non-executive director and audit committee chair.
It is intended that O’ Leary will also chair the company’s audit committee.

Luke Johnson, chairman of the group, said: “Paul has deep experience of the UK retail sector as the long serving Finance Director at Boden, and we look forward to taking advantage of his advice and knowledge as we navigate the challenging conditions ahead.”
