Meatliquor welcomes Sam and Alicja Bryant as head of food

Joining the menu will be the duo's southern fried chicken drumsticks with buffalo gravy and mash, the garlic mushroom burger and the filled it with fish, with panko breaded fish fillets and homemade tartare sauce

Scott Collins, co-founder of Meatliquor, has announced the appointments of Sam and Alicja Bryant as head of food, set to “inject” fresh ideas into the brand, with their new experimental menu.

Sam and Alicja began their career at The Princess of Shoreditch and later opened Coal Rooms with a menu based on cooking over wood and charcoal.
