Market Place Food Hall has launched its first loyalty programme enabling customers to earn and redeem rewards across all of its traders on a single card.
The scheme, called MP Munch, began in April at Market Place St Paul’s and has signed up more than 10,000 members in its first four months.
It will be rolled out across all Market Place sites by 2026.
Members earn one point for every £1 spent, with 50 points redeemable for £5 off at any trader or bar.
The programme also features three reward tiers: Munchie (0–500 points), Expert Munch (501–1,000 points) and Diplomat Munch (1,000+ points), offering benefits such as exclusive offers, early access to new menus, seasonal gifts and invitations to events.
Additionally, new members receive 10 welcome points and a complimentary drink on sign-up, while birthday rewards are available from participating vendors.
The scheme is supported by Market Place’s integrated till and customer relationship management systems, allowing points to be collected and redeemed across all vendors.
Holly Hilton, marketing director at Market Place Food Halls, said: “It was important for us to create a seamless loyalty rewards system that truly stands out. Once customers reach 50 points, they can redeem a £5 voucher across any of our vendors or at the bar, not just where the points were collected. This gives them a great incentive to try something new.”
