Liberation Group has announced the appointment of Cat Moseley as people director.

The news follows Julia Rosamond’s retirement as people’s director on 1st March 2024.

Moseley will start her new role on 5 February 2024 and joins Liberation Group from Motorpoint where she held the position of chief people officer for six years.

She comes with an extensive career working for several “leading” hospitality groups including Casual Dining Group, Spirit Pub Company and Punch Taverns.

Jonathan Lawson, CEO of Liberation Group, said: “We look forward to welcoming Cat in February. This is an exciting time for Liberation Group and, with people at the heart of everything we do, Cat’s expertise, knowledge and strong commercial background will be instrumental in the ongoing success of our business and teams.

“I would like to also thank Julia for her support, guidance and for the tremendous impact she has made upon the culture of our business, specifically her approach towards our people, their engagement, recruitment, and development. Julia has had a fantastic career and we wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.”
