Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch has launched Nobu Café to offer guests and residents alike a relaxed Japanese café and bar menu in East London.

It features an extensive list of speciality teas and hand brewed coffees alongside a range of dishes boasting the Nobu twist.

Partnering with tea specialists, Lalani and Co, Nobu Café’s tea list offers an range of single batch teas: Green Teas include Craft Hojicha Nibancha, heavily roasted over hot sand, Premium Genmaicha, offering a sweet and nutty taste with a subtle aroma of roasted rice and Green Pearl Gyokuro Ichibanchi, with notes of edamame and green pea.

The breakfast menu will ge served from 8am – 11am, featuring a selection of croissants, miso brownies and miso cookies, alongside yuzu muffins with poppy seeds.

The lunch menu is served from 11am – 5pm, and features a variety of salads and sandwiches, including Nobu chicken caesar salad topped with caesar truffle dressing, field green salad with tuna tataki, a smoked salmon rice panini served with wasabi pepper, or the Noby club with spicy chicken, baby spinach and quail eggs.
