Former restaurant and pub owner David Lane has launched a new free app that looks to help hospitality owners tackle the current staffing challenges the industry is facing.
‘Find Larry’ is a 24/7 live platform that allows hospitality businesses to post shifts they need covering, ensuring they can maintain operations “without the burden of high agency fees”.
The app allows businesses to post shifts they need covering quickly which then get posted to a live map, and users can view locations and details of shifts that need covering.
They can then immediately respond, and businesses can view the users that have responded, their CV’s and any other information they have uploaded to the app and any reviews they have from previous shifts they have covered. The business can then select a user and they will receive a notification to say they have been selected for the shift.
