World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse has announced the continuation of its partnership with The Dorchester in London for a further five years.

Since its opening, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester has been a symbol of culinary innovation and sophistication.

The restaurant, which holds three Michelin stars, with chef patron Jean-Philippe Blondet at the helm, showcases Ducasse’s unique vision of contemporary French cuisine,  emphasising the “finest” ingredients, “distinctive” fresh flavours, “exceptional” service, and an ambience of elegance overlooking Hyde Park

Under the terms of the new contract, chef Ducasse will continue to manage the Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester restaurant, which is one of only six restaurants in the capital to hold three Michelin Stars.

Regarding the partnership, Ducasse said: “The Dorchester is a place of historical significance and unmatched luxury. It has been a privilege to share my culinary philosophy with its guests. I am excited to continue this journey and to bring new and  inspiring dining experiences to London.”

The partnership will see continued innovation and new menus that reflect the changing seasons and the latest culinary trends.

The Dorchester’s general manager, Luca Virgilio, added: “Alain Ducasse’s  presence at The Dorchester elevates our dining offerings to extraordinary heights. His unwavering commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our dedication to providing guests with unforgettable experiences. We look forward to many more years of successful  collaboration.”
