Bill’s Restaurant and Bar has announced it is moving from its current Manchester city centre location, on John Dalton Street, to the city’s financial centre, Spinningfields, this autumn.
The group said it will open its doors on Monday 28 October with a “vibrant” new look, and the new 177 sqm dining space will accommodate up to 113 covers, featuring “cosy” booths, sociable sharing tables and a bespoke bar area. There will also be external seating, in the heart of Spinningfields, for 30 covers.
The venue will feature “vibrant” cocktails and dinner specials each night, from British classics and fresh plant-based alternatives – signature dishes include Pan Fried Chicken with Wild Mushrooms; Bill’s Classic Burger, and new for September Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto; Jackfruit Salad Bowl.
Founder Bill Collison said: “Spinningfields is a great location for Manchester’s new Bill’s Restaurant and Bar. This new space, in the heart of Spinningfields, is the perfect setting to bring Bill’s vibrant new look to the city.
“Here we will create the ultimate Bill’s experience – a welcoming destination with lots of character and the go to place for evening dinner and drinks. I can’t wait to see the new Bill’s Manchester come to life.”
