Accounting firm KPMG were appointed in May after the group entered into administration, its portfolio included 22 Jamie’s Italian sites, one Barbecoa restaurant, Jamie Oliver’s Diner at Gatwick Airport and Fifteen London.

It was reported in July that Richard Caring, owner of Caprice Holdings had agreed to purchase three sites, including one of the Barbecoa branches at St Pauls.
