Ellenborough Park, a hotel in Cheltenham has appointed Andrew Birch as its new executive chef, taking the role on 15 July.

Birch will oversee all food offerings at the hotel, including the Horsebox, the restaurant and afternoon tea in the Great Hall.

He joins the hotel from Lainston House in Winchester, where he was executive chef.

Marwan Hemchaoui, general manager, Ellenborough Park said: “Exciting things to come for the hotel’s food offering and is looking forward to revealing more in the forthcoming months.”
