Bluebird Chelsea will be home to the world’s first all avocado concept, The Avocado Show from 11 to 24 March as it pops up in the King’s Road cafe.

Born in Amsterdam, this pop up at Bluebird Chelsea will be The Avocado Show’s London debut and the transformed cafe will be serving five of its dishes which are all made using sustainable and socially responsible avocados.

Chef Jamie van Heije’s influence will be prevalent in the London menu which includes The Avo Garden, a salad composed atop an avocado; The Bun Burger, a wagyu beef patty with bacon and toppings served between two avocado halves or The Benny Boy, poached eggs with housemade hollandaise served atop crispy bacon slices and avocado halves.

The cafe will be decorated with foliage and greenery and front of house staff will wear The Avocado Show branded shirts.
