Gino D’Acampo will be opening a new restaurant, named My Restaurant, at The Springs in Leeds Thorpe Park, on the 26 October.

The 150-cover restaurant is the chef’s fourth in Yorkshire, and the third in-partnership with Next. My Restaurant will be complemented by an extensive new coffee and deli bar for those “pushed for time”.

Designed on a grand scale, with floor to ceiling glass windows looking out onto a leisure and retail park, the restaurant will feature the brand’s trademark washed woods, Carrara marble and green leather.

Central to the restaurant will be an open kitchen providing diners with the opportunity to watch D’Acampo’s hand-picked team at work, a Prosecco bar and games area featuring table tennis, pool and table football.

D’Acampo said: “I’m super excited to be opening My Restaurant, The Springs, Leeds Thorpe Park. Yorkshire is a place very close to my heart, to be opening a fourth restaurant here is just amazing. The development is extremely impressive and I’m looking forward to the leisure and hospitality offerings coming together.”

A spokesperson from Next added: “Gino D’Acampo, My Restaurant not only serves great Italian food, his price points are accessible to all, which is a great fit for Next.”
