Wasabi founder Dong Hyun Kim has announced that it is set to open its third London site Sushinoya Charing Cross Road on 15 November 15 2025.
The new store sits between Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square opening 10am until 11pm to offer a wide range of fresh Japanese dishes to office workers, students, and visitors in the area.
Sushinoya centres its offer on sushi made fresh in-store. Chefs work with whole fish on-site and prepare small batches throughout the day, to maintain the freshness and natural flavour of each ingredient.
The menu includes signature premium cut sushi such as Chutoro Tuna Belly, Yellowtail (Hamachi), sushi selections including rare cuts like Chutoro tuna, Yellowtail(Hamachi), and Eel(Unagi), alongside fresh hot bento and sides.
The company also has an expansion pipeline for 2026 which includes sites in Broadgate Central, Moorgate and Cambridge.
Founder Dong Hyun Kim said: “With Sushinoya, we bring the craftsmanship and care of traditional sushi into a convenient, on-the-go format without compromising quality.”
Sushinoya opened its first site at St Pancras in April 2025, introducing a new model of premium grab-and-go sushi prepared fresh daily by chefs.
