Fosters Events has agreed a series of contract extensions with four of its key partners after a period of sustained revenue growth at visitor attractions and sports venues across the UK.
The South West catering and hospitality firm said the renewed deals – which run into 2025 and beyond – follow strong trading across its managed sites. The company operates retail catering at attractions nationwide.
At Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, Fosters secured a two-year extension to an agreement that began in 2021. The business said sales at the site have risen by around 80% over the past five years, with record daily takings during the autumn peak.
Aerospace Bristol extended its original five-year contract to seven years after one year of trading under Fosters. The move follows the rebrand and refurbishment of the venue’s café as Flightline Kitchen and Bar, which has received a 100% Visit England award. Fosters said it has also supported record event sales at the museum, including two functions with more than 1,000 guests.
Sally Cordwell, chief executive of Aerospace Bristol, said: “We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Fosters Events. Their commitment to Aerospace Bristol and our shared vision has enabled us to host bigger and better events, relaunch our café as Flightline Kitchen and Bar, a welcoming and modern destination for both museum visitors and the local community and explore exciting new commercial opportunities.”
Meanwhile, the Bristol Zoo Project has increased the term of its deal with Fosters from three years to five after reporting sales growth of more than 60% over two years. The company said it has supported the site’s redevelopment with “creative and sustainable” catering approaches.
Bath Rugby has likewise renewed its long-standing partnership with Fosters for a further three years. The arrangement has been in place for 22 years, covering the club’s matchday hospitality, including during its recent Premiership-winning season. By the end of the new term, the company will have served as the club’s exclusive hospitality partner for 25 years.
Neil Lodge, chief executive of Fosters Events, added: “These contract extensions are a testament to the dedication and creativity of our team, and to the strong relationships we’ve built with our partners. We’re proud to support such iconic venues and to play a part in their ongoing success.
“Our focus remains on delivering exceptional food, memorable experiences, and commercial results for every client.”
